I was planning a road trip from Pune to Goa with my family for the first time, and I was a bit anxious about ensuring that the car would not break down en route. I called Pradip ji, the owner, and he assured me over the phone that the check-up would be a quick process. Luckily, he was there when I took my car to their garage the next morning. He not only checked the car properly and on priority but also explained to me what is usually checked. I really felt cared for, especially in an unfamiliar garage where I least expected it. The fee he charged was quite reasonable. More importantly, I felt so assured and confident that I did not feel even a bit of worry during my drive.
