There are some experiences that leave a lasting mark, and Auto Excellence has been one such moment. I was planning a road trip from Pune to Goa with my family for the first time, and I was a bit anxious about ensuring that the car would not break down en route. I called Pradip ji, the owner, and he assured me over the phone that the check-up would be a quick process. Luckily, he was there when I took my car to their garage the next morning. He not only checked the car properly and on priority but also explained to me what is usually checked. I really felt cared for, especially in an unfamiliar garage where I least expected it. The fee he charged was quite reasonable. More importantly, I felt so assured and confident that I did not feel even a bit of worry during my drive. I have a small business of Tours and Travels. I send all my cars to them for servicing. Their service is very good. They are personal and provide very good and proper service. If you ever go out of the city, if you encounter any difficulties, you can contact them 24 hours and they will guide you properly. When your car comes for servicing, the first thing they do is scan it and determine if there is a problem with the car. After being educated, they solve the problem.
